Inspiring and equipping you to step into the roles you play with more awareness

We all have vast untapped potential in our relationship expression. You negotiate your relationship life with huge creativity through many different aspects of your personality. The relationship itself constantly creates roles for us to occupy in order to express itself. And, often you get trapped in stereotypical habits of behavior around these roles: the Powerful Leader, the Nagging Boss, the Nurturing Mother, the Focused Manager, the Playful Friend. Over time, these habits can drain your relationships and zap your energy.

Cynthia Loy DarstSpend a day with Cynthia Loy Darst, senior leader for the Center for Right Relationship, in a rich conversation and exploration of tools and skills motivated by the Dimension of Geography from the ground breaking Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program. Whether you have done the ORSC training or not, this fun and experiential workshop will increase your awareness and give you different tools to work with Roles in yourself as well as your clients, employees and family.

Who Should Attend?

Individual coaches wishing to apply ORSC principles in their one-on-one coaching and anyone working with teams, groups, organizations or communities, such as:

  • Team leaders, managers, facilitators or trainers)
  • Organizational Development and Human Resources professionals
  • Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses and Allied Professionals
  • Teachers and School Principals
  • Coaches working with individuals and/or groups, whether trained in ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) or other methods.

All that is required is the willingness to explore the human experience in relationships, and eagerness to dive beneath the surface of typical issues and problems to access the subtle and infinite potential of human beings in relationship. We are never not in relationship!

Why Attend?

  • You have a desire to connect with your ‘whole’ self as you navigate your personal and professional life.
  • You seek ways to improve communication, break down barriers between people and groups; you want to become aware of human potential and how to use it.
  • You are required to deliver results and build team and group relationships and are keen to cut to the heart of the issues.
  • You wish to transform your working environment or organizational culture by breaking through resistance, unspoken agendas, conflict and complexity, and create a climate that supports change and powerful relationship systems.

About Cynthia Loy Darst CPCC, MCC

Cynthia Loy Darst is internationally known as a pioneer in the world of coaching. One of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, one of the first Leaders for The Center for Right Relationship and The Coaches Training Institute, and one of the founders of the ICF. Cynthia also serves as the head of Leader Scheduling and Development for CRR. Passionate about raising the bar on the coaching profession, in 2006, Cynthia founded The Coaches Studio (TCS), for advanced coaches who are ready to take their work towards artistry and mastery.

Always the student herself, Cynthia began studying and working with Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller (The Founders of CRR) in 2003 and fell in love with their Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) model. In 2006, she developed “The Inside Team” a powerful one-on-one coaching tool, inspired most directly from the Systems Geography Dimension of ORSC.
